About a year ago, I decided to try out the “25 essential expressions challenge” with my character Poku. [link]
Now in 2009 I wanted to try the same challenge again to see if I had improved. :D

I used my other Cippari character Nini this time. Compared to lively Poku, her personality is a lot deeper and complex, so her expressions were for long a challenge to draw.

This time I tried to focus on keeping the expressions in character. They might not be as funny, but they try to reflect what she is really thinking and feeling. I still struggle a bit in keeping my character looking consistent from picture to picture.

This challenge was really fun to do. I recommend it for anyone! :boogie:
